I'm Gabriella, or the cookie lady as most of my customers have come to say lol! Bird & Twine is a home bakery operating under the Texas Cottage Food Laws. We are located in Atascocita, Tx 77346. You can find us in and around Houston at pop up shops and markets throughout the year. I am so thankful to be able to create delicious treats for each of my customers special days. 

I started this little business when I had my son, Lincoln, and four years later he is well on his way to becoming my little assistant!
